Civic Sense is an app for the reporting of municipal poverty
Senso Civico is much more than a simple portal or a banal application: the main objective is to become a conduit, a means through which to contribute to the civic education of citizens and, at the same time, to the social development of one's community.
The report may be accompanied by photos and an accurate description, in order to provide more details for the purpose of solving the problem and may be supported by an automatic geolocation service which will identify the exact point from which the report itself originated.
Although the user has his own Municipality, this does not mean that he cannot report degradation or malfunction in contexts different from his own: in this case, if the indicated Municipality uses the service, the report will be correctly and directly forwarded; otherwise, it will be forwarded to the Senso Civico staff who will inform the interested body, via email, of both the report and the possibility of using the service.
This will be the virtual place where both the reports relating to inefficiencies or deterioration situations reported by various citizens and the Administration's responses in relation to them will come together, with the constant updating of the status of the report, until the problem is completely resolved.
In this way, Senso Civico will represent the best vehicle to bring about mutual knowledge of any situations of hardship of citizens on the one hand and of the projects and intentions of the Administration for the solution of the same on the other, avoiding that these problems can lead to a position of sterile dissent.
